Carers Ticket Policy at MBGF

We offer free Carer Tickets for anyone who needs support to attend the Manchester Board Game Festival.

If you are a disabled attendee and require the assistance of a companion, personal assistant, or carer to access the event, your companion is entitled to a free Carer Ticket.

To request a Carer Ticket, please email info@dungeonsandflagons.co.uk with:

Your name (used to purchase your ticket)
Your ticket type
The day(s) you are attending

Please try to request your Carer Ticket before the week of the event. During the final week, the team is often busy preparing for the festival and may not be able to process requests in time. Carer Tickets can only be issued while equivalent general admission tickets remain available.

Carer Tickets do not grant entry without the disabled attendee being present.

Please bring evidence that you require a personal assistant, as you may be asked to show this when entering the event. We accept:

Proof of eligibility for benefits such as DLA, PIP, or Attendance Allowance
A valid Blue Badge
A recognised Access Card
