Carers Ticket Policy at MBGF

We offer free Carer Tickets for anyone who needs support to attend the Manchester Board Game Festival.

If you are a disabled attendee and require the assistance of a companion, personal assistant, or carer to access the event, your companion is entitled to a free Carer Ticket.

To request a Carer Ticket, simply email us at info@dungeonsandflagons.co.uk with:

Your name (Used to purchase ticket) and ticket type

The day(s) you're attending

Please bring evidence that you require a personal assistant with you, as you may be asked to show this on entry. We will accept:

Proof of eligibility for benefits such as DLA, PIP, or Attendance Allowance

A valid Blue Badge

A Recognised Access Card
