Manchester Board Game Festival – Refund Policy
Refunds (minus the booking fee) will be issued for any reason up until 1:00 AM on the Monday before the event begins, unless the event is cancelled by us. After this time, no refunds will be given for any reason.
If the event is cancelled by us, we will offer full refunds (excluding booking fees) to all ticket holders.
Partial Cancellations: We do not offer partial refunds for unused days on multi-day tickets.
Code of Conduct Violations: No refunds will be issued if you are found to have violated the Dungeons & Flagons Code of Conduct and are asked to leave the event or barred from attending future events, whether before or during MBGF.
Force Majeure: In the event of cancellation or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to extreme weather, travel disruption, strikes, or government restrictions), we will do our best to offer an alternative date, ticket transfer option, or refund — but this cannot be guaranteed.
