How to Book a Play Test Table

✅ Free to book! Simply hit the button below to secure your spot.
✅ Available in 4-hour slots on Saturday & Sunday of the festival.
✅ Space for a roller banner is provided if you wish to display one.
✅ You must hold a valid festival ticket for the day you’re booking.
✅ Play Test tables are for testing only—no selling is permitted from these tables.

Booking Guidelines

⚠️ Limit one session per day to ensure more designers get a chance to showcase their games.
⚠️ Play Test Tables are strictly for in-development games. Finished games, Kickstarter-funded games, or published titles are not permitted. If you’d like to demo or sell a completed game, please apply for a trader space instead.
